Chocolate Chip and Custard Cookies

A delicious twist on chocolate chip cookies for lovers of custard or those that have custard powder lurking in the cupboard

- Cooking Time 20 minutes
Cooking Instructions
- Combine Dry ingredints in a bowl, make a well in the centre
- Add beaten Eggs and Vanilla
- pour in melted butter and mix well
- add choc chips
- knead dough into a ball and add milk if too dry
- roll into balls on baking tray and push down gently with fork
- bake at 160 degrees C for 15-25 minutes depending on your oven and how crunchy you like your biccies
- cool on wire rack and enjoy with a glass of milk
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Self Raising Flour
- 250 Grams Lurpak Butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 cup chocolate chips (can be white or milk)
- 1 cup custard powder
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 1 teasoon vanilla essence
- 3 eggs beaten
