Apple Scrolls with Fondant Pattissier * correct one :)

- Cooking Time 15 minutes
Cooking Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast and caster sugar in a bowl.
- Make a well.
- Combine Milk & butter milk and warm - add melted lurpak butter
- Pour into well and combine to rough dough
- Take out of bowl & knead for approx 8-10min
- Cover and leave in warm spot to double in size (approx 60min)
- Take out knead for 2 min then roll out to approx 20 x 40cm rectangle
- Mix apple and remaining spices and spread out on dough
- Roll up and cut into 8 pieces
- Bake in greased tray on 220 for approx10-12 min
- Warm fondant in microwave and drizzle or drench scrolls -whatever is your preference :)

- 60 g Lurpak Butter ( melted )
- 2 3/4 self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- One large red apple finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Approx 1/2 cup fondant pattissier
