Mish Lilley

Creator of popular food blog www.mishdelish.com Mish launched her food career with her catering business Mishka La Mushka and is working on a cookbook to be published this year.

As a busy working mum of three young children, Mish understands how hard it can be to get good food on the table let alone get kids to eat it. Mish"s extensive blog provides recipes for all sorts of delicious food for the whole family. Her food is almost always made from scratch with quality seasonal ingredients that speak for themselves. She shares hints and tricks to get the most out of your cooking and demystifies complicated cooking techniques to give others the confidence to create restaurant quality meals at home.

Gastronomy Gal

I'm just a girl blogging about food. I am not a food expert - I am just a food lover, and so want to share my love of food with the world. As cliched as it is, I believe that life is too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine. I have been accused of being a food snob - but I tend to disagree - I don't care what type of food it is, as long as it is done well. I believe food is for soothing the soul, for nourishing the body, for celebrating, commiserating. Food is for sharing with family and friends, or quietly indulging on your own. Food is central to life and I am in love. Enjoy my love affair and don't forget to start your own.

Lara Cory

I love eating and my kitchen exploits grew as means to an end and have flourished into a genuine love of baking, cooking and creating. I have a soft spot for baking, anything that contains butter and the magic that happens when you combine sugar and salt.

Mel Kettle

Mel's food passion (some say obsession) dates back to when she first ate blue cheese at the age of about 12 months. It's been a constant adventure ever since. When not thinking, reading, writing, talking, shopping, experimenting, cooking, smelling, tasting, slurping, scoffing, sampling and otherwise savouring food in all its forms, Mel is a marketing consultant, professional speaker and food blogger. Who doesn't do dishes!

Julia Tuomainen

Julia is the author of food blog Mélanger, and blogs exclusively about pastry and baking. Her recipes have been published in the international cookbook, Foodies of the World. Julia's work has been featured in Australian Traveller, Fine Cooking Magazine and ourbrisbane.com. She is also a regular contributor to the popular food guide, Brisbane Budgets Bites.
